Important Information about your stay - Arriving or Departing by Train or Bus
If you plan to arrive to the hotel via Train or Bus, please ensure you indicate your Arrival and Departure details in the above tick boxes. We will then be able to ensure our transport partner is at the station for your arrival and at the hotel for your departure. The charge for this service is $30 return per person.
Dining at the hotel
We encourage anyone wishing to dine in the Ruapehu Room for Dinner to make a reservation prior to your arrival to ensure you are not disappointed on the day if we are unable to accommodate your preferred time of dining.
The dress code is smart casual as it is our more formal dining room. There is also a three course set menu available for $65 per person as well as our normal a la carte menu.
If you would like to make a dinner reservation please indicate the preferred time on the tick boxes above or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, number of people, date, advise you would like to dine and preferred time or call us on 0800 242 832 and any special requests. You can also book for the Pihanga Cafe as well.
Deposit and Cancellation Information
Please note that full payment is required at time of reservation. All of our rooms are none smoking.
Any reservation cancellations 48 hours prior to the arrival (3 pm) will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations inside 48 hrs of arrival (3 pm) will incur the first night's accommodation cost.
If it is necessary for a guest to leave prior to his/her scheduled (booked) departure date, the guest will be charged for the night(s) unused.
Location in the hotel is not guaranteed, a request for location will be noted however due to high demand and many requests only room types can be guaranteed.
